What are your operating hours?Help with your order or general inquiries are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM ET. We’re closed on Canadian holidays. Please feel free to contact us at info@tchelalfoods.com

Can I use multiple promotion codes at checkout?Only one promotion code is accepted per order. However, some of our promotions are directly applied to the item once they’re added to your cart. Those items don’t require a promotion code.

Can I buy your products in bulk?We are working on it.

Can I add or modify my order once it’s been placed?Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. If you wish to add an extra item, please proceed to a new order.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal payments.

How can I place an order online?Click on the shop button and start shopping. You can add products to your basket by clicking “Add to cart”. Once you’re done adding items to your cart, click on the basket icon (top right). Review the content of your basket. If applicable, you can add a discount code in the summary section. Once you’re satisfied, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the “Checkout” button. Checkout: Fill in the required fields requested at checkout. Enter your payment information and click the “Confirm purchase or Place order” button. You’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please try the process again.

Will my personal and financial information be protected?Your privacy is very important to us. We use the information we collect strictly to improve the quality of your shopping experience and never rent, trade, or sell your private information to a third party.

What are the delays for delivery?Our processing time is between 3 to 5 business days. Our current shipping delays can vary from 7 to 10 business days. During sales events, these delays can be extended as the volume of orders received is higher, but our team makes sure to ship orders out as quickly as possible. In any case, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped so you can track you order on (insert delivery partner)’s website.

What allergens are present in your products?Fonio is not a common food allergen. Some people may experience allergic reactions to fonio but it is relatively rare.

How do I store your product?Store in a dry place away from moisture.

What is the shelf life of your product?Fonio is shelf-stable and will keep well for 1 to 3 years.
